What are the shipping options?
Due to the nature of the product, all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and UPS.
Can I make a change to the order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately once the order has been placed changes can not be made.
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
Orders can be cancelled within two hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued upon cancellation of the order. Anything after two hours no refunds will be issued.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
Notify us upon receipt of your product and submit a picture as well as a description of the item(s) damaged. Replacement product will be shipped to you within 72 business hours.
Does my sea moss need to be refrigerated upon receipt?
Yes, sea moss must remain refrigerated as it is still in raw form. Once you receive your sea moss it can remain in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks. You can also freeze sea moss for up to six months.
